Meeeting Dates

Our meetings are held biweekly (thus every 2 weeks) on Saturdays from 7pm-9pm.

The meeting days for the year 2009 is as follows;

  • October, 17th. 2009 - General meeting
  • October, 31st. 2009 - General meeting
  • November, 14th. 2009 - General meeting
  • November, 28th. 2009 - General meeting
  • December, 12th. 2009 - General meeting
  • December, 26th. 2009 - General meeting / Christmas Party

    • Club Activities Dates

    • Club activitiy dates are dates that has been set aside for celebrations such as "Thanks giving", "Christmas" and "New year".

    • The club usually tries to organize some party or get together on these date to commemorate the events of these days.

    Other Activities Dates

    • Election of executives every 2 years. This is usually scheduled for the last meeting in November and in that year, the christmas party is also the time for the handing over ceremony.

    • The processes culminating in the handing over ceremony can be found in our constitution.
